Welcome to Barak Christian Church Toys for Tots Registration

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:  Toys for Tots updated the program to limit the amount of toys each organization can request.  The limit is 250 toys for each organization (25 toys per age and gender category); we cannot exceed this limit.  Thus, applications will only be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We have now opened the registration for families with children aged 0-12 to register for a toy with the Toys for Tots organization.  Please click on the Word Document to download and complete the form as requested.  The directions provide the email address you should send the completed form.  Please write your information clearly on the form so that the information may be recorded in the system correctly.  We will provide the toy pickup date in December once the final approval is given from the Toys for Tots organization.
